The Aveda Butterfly Garden features more than 40 different species of North American butterflies and moths, fluttering in a beautiful environment that includes a small stream and a diversity of plants. This interactive exhibit demonstrates the butterfly life cycle, including stages as a caterpillar, chrysalis or cocoon, and adult. Zoo staff and volunteers will explain various butterfly activities including pollination, mating, and egg-laying. Free - Included with general zoo admission.
