Enjoy a cooking demo, flowers, nostalgic vehicles, unique tour stops, shopping and a variety of theatrical performances including two Easter presentations in this amazing spring adventure.

A Fabulous Spring Adventure

Day 1:

Arrive in Burnsville at the International Chefs' Culinary Center to watch a cooking demo with a chef, then dine on the delicious results. Stop at Ficus & Fig to browse through the store's delightful gift and home decor items. Then, check into your Burnsville Hotel. Relax and refresh for the evening's activities.

Tonight, enjoy the super-fun and funny play, "Church Basement Ladies - a Second Helping".

Day 2:

Today, visit Bachman's Floral and Garden Center to tour one of the largest retail floral and garden centers in the nation. The tour includes greenhouses, garden center, floral areas, and designer areas. Each tour member receives a rose. Enjoy a boxed lunch from the restaurant.

Next stop is Mill City Museum where you will discover the power of water turbines and milling equipment. Experience the excitement of hands-on exhibits and an eight-story, multi-sensory tour through time. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mississippi River, St. Anthony Falls and the Stone Arch Bridge.

If you have time, stop at Midtown Global Market to browse through the variety of ethnic shops and purchase a sweet treat and coffee, if you like.

Relax and freshen up at your Burnsville Hotel. Then, it's off to Chanhassen Dinner Theatres for a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour, delicious dinner and full-scale musical production.

Day 3:

Today, take a tour of a "megachurch" in nearby Eden Prairie with a worship center that seats 4,500 ppl. Next, visit the Ellingson Car Museum for a nostalgic trip through the automotive past. See 100 vehicles including cars, trucks and motorcycles from the early 1920s through the muscle cars of the 60s and 70s. Enjoy a lunch with home-made malts.

Next, visit North Heights Church for a brilliant afternoon performance of the "Passion Play". Tonight, enjoy a delightful dinner at Chateau Lamothe near your hotel.

Day 4:

This morning visit Susie Q's Accents to receive discount coupons and shop for unique gift items and home decor. Next, make a stop at Burnsville Center and receive a welcome bag with a discount card and fun items. Have lunch at the quick service food area or at Applebee's. Then, view the dramatic "Beyond the Cross" production at Celebration Events Center.
