All About Minnesota: A Student Tour
Day 1:
Spend the afternoon exploring at the Minnesota History Museum and the James J. Hill House in St. Paul. Return to Burnsville for dinner at Old Country Buffet, where everyone is sure to find something they like. After dinner, take in a movie of your choice at Paragon Odyssey 15, equipped with wall to wall screens and high rise stadium-style seating.
Day 2:
Begin your day at the Mill City Museum, where you will learn about the history of the flour industry, the river and the city of Minneapolis. In the afternoon enjoy the Historic Fort Snelling, touring barracks, the general store, hospital, and even Dred Scott’s 1836-1840 living quarters. Return to Burnsville for a little rest and relaxation at your hotel, before an American style dinner at Perkins Family Restaurant & Bakery. Then spend the evening at the all-new SEA LIFE Minnesota Aquarium or have fun at Nickelodeon Universe®, a seven-acre amusement park located inside Mall of America®.
Day 3:
After a few days of educational stops, reward students with a fun day at Valleyfair, a 90 acre amusement park located in Shakopee, or at the Minnesota Zoo, which features over 2,900 animals. After three days jam-packed days, it will be time for the quiet journey home.
